The hilltop radio system uses two yagi antennas to cover the entire race course.  One yagi points to Las Vegas via a secrete R.F. propagation wave guide tunnel through the mountains. The other yagi points to the starting line in Baker and then is used to track the follow vehicle as it negotiates the race course.
