2010 BAKER TO VEGAS CHALLENGE CUP RELAY INFORMATION

 

 

OUR TEAM NUMBER IS  81

 

OUR TEAM WILL START AT 1700 HRS. THE OVERALL RACE STARTS AT 0900 HRS.

 MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR GEAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR RESIDENCE

 CHECK-IN WITH THE COMMAND POST AT HIGHLAND INN HOTEL 8025 INDUSTRIAL ROAD (702) 896-4333. THE COMMAND POST WILL BE OPERATIONAL BY FRIDAY, APRIL 16TH AT NOON.

 All runners and support will have to ride in their assigned shuttle van. YOU MUST GET TO THE HIGHLAND INN ROOM 105 WITH PLENTY OF TIME TO SPARE BEFORE THE INDICATED DEPARTURE TIME.

 ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS ON THE COURSE BY ANY BHPD PERSONNEL OR THEIR FAMILIES.  ANY VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WILL BE AN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION AND OUR TEAM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO FINISH THE RACE.

 THERE WILL BE RACE OFFICIALS THROUGHOUT THE RACE COURSE, FOLLOW THEIR DIRECTIONS AND REQUESTS AT ALL TIMES.  A FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN TIME PENALTIES OR DISQUALIFICATION.

WATER WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE COURSE.

BRING YOUR POLICE ID TO YOUR LEG FOR CHECK-IN.

FINISH LINE IS LOCATED AT THE LAS VEGAS HILTON CONVENTION CENTER ETA 0920 HRS.

THE AWARDS BANQUET STARTS AT 1800 HOURS AT THE HILTON HOTEL CONVENTION ROOM.  SEATING IS ON A FIRST COME BASIS UNLESS WE PLACE IN THE TOP THREE OF OUR DIVISION (25 SEATS RESERVED IN FRONT).

THERE WILL BE A DEPARTMENT PARTY AT THE LAS VEGAS HILTON PENTHOUSE SUITES AT 1700 HOURS
